Design and implementation of complete electrical installations and a control system for the LVL board processing line.

  • Siemens Simatic S7 317F-2 PN/PD programmable controller
  • 7 distributed ET-200s islands with input/output modules connected by Profinet network
  • 40 LG inverters and 5 Lenze servo drives connected by a Profibus network
  • an extensive line safety system consisting of 15 bolts and 4 light barriers
  • two Gigabyte Brix computers dedicated to the Siemens WinCC SCADA system

  • full supervision over all elements of the control system
